About Cody
I started playing guitar at 4 years old. My father played and I wanted to be just like him so after I got my first acoustic, everything else is history. I’ve played in bands from Maine to Alaska and everywhere in between. I’ve met musicians of all different backgrounds and play styles. I began teaching lessons about 10 years ago and I love to teach as much as I love to play.

Everyone learns at their own pace and in their own way. Playing guitar is a lot like getting dressed, some people put socks on before pants and others put pants on before socks, either way you get the same result and neither one is wrong. Lessons with me are laid back, fun, and I DO NOT do boring book exercises. I play all styles and music is my passion.
