About Charlie
Player/performer/tech/Sound engineer/teacher with 16 years working experience and multi instrumental knowledge across all genres, with an emphasis in electric rock lead guitar. From young to old, beginner to advanced, I have successfully propelled all levels of students forward on their musical journeys. Largely self taught, I have developed my approach to music through a combination of first hand industry experience with a determination to be at ease on my instrument of choice in any musical environment and quickly adapt my approach as necessary and accordingly. Growing up around the business, learning and working in a sound company my whole life, attending shows both behind the curtain and on the stage, all has kept me saturated in the world of live musical performance.

I design my lesson plans around the individual to create a satisfying and fluid learning experience based on their personal learning styles. Whether you want to learn to play and sound like your favorite artist, or make your own music, I can help you learn everything you need to know including what you may have never considered (guitar setup, amplifier selection and troubleshooting, effect choices and signal routing). My main prerogative is progress we all can hear, and having good time while we get there.
