About Du Toit
I am an ex South African gymnast with over 10 years of experience. I've coached gymnastics for 5 years and finished various courses in the gymnastics and fitness industry to be able to teach and coach clients of all ages.

Weather you want to loose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle or increase mobility and strength my approach to all clients is to improve your daily mobility and strength and then move on to your specific goal. Although my training sounds sports specific it will be extremely beneficial for all clients, ages and genders.
