Working on fitness techniques and stretching in our introduction. Talk about healthy eating habits and what foods you should avoid before doing gymnastics or exercise in general. Everyday would be different but I can focus on 2 events a day and body positions to get the body ready for skills. Fitness is a big part of the programs I used to teach. Closing with ideas for improvement, what did we learn today, and how can we improve in the future.
