About Gillian
I have had 4 years of competitive gymnastics. I also have had about 1 1/2 years of noncompetitive gymnastics. I am able to do many gymnastics related things (cartwheels, splits, backbends, etc.). There are more skills that I have that are not in the small list I have just given.

About the lesson

I would start off the session with some stretching. Then, we would go over to the uneven bars and practice skills that the gymnast has been struggling on. We would do that with all of the events (uneven bars, vault, beam, and floor). If we have time left in the session, I will have fun with the gymnast. Gymnastics is not all about the work. You can have fun with it, too.
