About Landon
I have been teaching for 5 years and have been offering tutoring services for 10. I have worked in rural low income schools and highly populated inner city schools. I have experience teaching grades k-6 and 8-12. My teaching style is immersive and highly interactive and I want the student to genuinely be engaged in the learning process and lesson.

Graduate of the University of Northern Iowa. Proficient in Spanish. Certified teacher. Lived abroad entirely immersed in language and I bring the same type of experience to my students during tutoring sessions. Lessons begin with a mix of Spanish and English and gradually the English scaffold is removed until the student feels comfortable reading, writing, speaking, and listening in the target language (Spanish)
