Hello and welcome to my profile! My name is Jarcque but you can call me J. I’m Originally from Westminster, London, I was raised In New Zealand and Thailand and I now reside near the beach in Pattaya, Thailand.

In my free time I like to absorb information regarding personal training, health and well-being, sustainable living culture, and how to live a vibrant and stress free life.

I also enjoy riding my motorbike and exploring new locations, I love coffee and cafe culture, gardens, different cuisines (I'm crazy about Sushi!), researching ancient history, human anatomy and origins, consciousness & spirituality, philosophy, chemistry, world events, and other alternative and controversial topics.

About the lesson

I consider myself to be very flexible and open minded, I have had many experiences in a variety of industries and multi-cultural communities. These perspectives allow me to be relatable and sensitive to all kinds of backgrounds and walks of life. I'm a team player and a problem solver.

I've worked with all age ranges of adults and children during my time in the education field and befriend people easily. I am also an aspiring student of calisthenics and have a passion for nutrition, health and self development.
