About Taaja

I'm a self-taught braider with over 2 years of consistent hands-on experience working with real clients—and my journey didn't just start there. I grew up doing my siblings' hair, which taught me patience, creativity, and the value of care behind every braid. Now I'm being mentored by a master braider and actively studying from original cosmetology textbooks to deepen my knowledge of scalp health, protective styling, and proper hair care techniques. I take my craft seriously and I teach with the same dedication.

I'm Angelee, a hands-on braider with over 2 years of active experience and a growing clientele. What sets me apart is that I don't just teach you to braid—I teach you how to protect the scalp and understand hair care, and build confidence in your technique. I'll guide you step-by-step with educational, easy-to-follow sessions that prioritize both style and scalp health. From categories such as plaits, cornrows, feed-ins, protective style principles, scalp care + client prep, etc.!
