About Kiera
I have recently trained as a primary school teacher and I am currently in my first year of teaching. I have experience teaching a wide age range of children from EYFS to year six and I currently teach year three children. I absolutely love teaching all subjects, my favourites being English, Maths and History, I love to find out all about the past! I like to focus on creative teaching and making learning exciting and intriguing for children to encourage a love for learning, as I believe that when children are excited about the learning, they are more likely to try their best and achieve. Supporting children and watching them flourish is one of the best parts of my job, and I love the moments when children achieve something they initially found difficult. This is why I have decided to start tutoring alongside my current job as a class teacher, as it is so rewarding to watch children learn and grow.
