About Elsy

I’m a passionate yoga instructor with a strong foundation in anatomy and Oriental Medicine. Since becoming certified in 2020, I’ve specialized in private yoga sessions designed to relieve physical pain, manage stress, and enhance vitality. With additional licenses in massage therapy (2018) and acupuncture (2023), I bring a holistic and scientific understanding of the body into every class, creating a safe and therapeutic space for my clients.

About the lesson

Come and Experience a customized wellness session combining fascia gun therapy, one on one yoga, and mindful breathwork. Optional cupping, acupuncture, or vibration plate treatments are available to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and at ease.
