About Thevi

My name is Thevi and I have a degree in Bachelor of Information Technology from University of Malaya. I have been practicing Yoga and meditation for almost 5 years and 1 year respectively. I have also done many courses on Mind Power and have been practicing it on myself and on my son. The result is tremendously satisfying. I have Yoga Instructor and Yoga Meditation Practitioner’s certificates.
In the current era, children are very much influenced by the digital world which can be constructive as well as destructive. Through my teaching, I am hoping to be able to cultivate good thought and self-acceptance which will guide them to choose the good and let go of the bad.

About the lesson

My class comprises of lessons on 3/8 limbs of Yoga which are Asanas, Dhyana & Pranayama and also an introduction to subconscious & conscious mind and ways to harness the power. My lesson will be divided into 3 sessions in an hour class. I prefer face to face as I will be able to guide better on the postures and meditation.
Our subconscious mind is so powerful that it can be capable of blocking us from achieving success. If it is harnessed with positive thinking and positive thought through meditation, the mind can be a tremendous help in achieving your goals in life.

Perfect! Professional and always on time yoga teacher, not just concentrating on proper poses but breathing. Really appreciate her knowledge in modifying advanced poses that I can't do to be more simple and build from there.
