About Gavin
I started tutoring english/writing during high school and tutored mathematics during college. I graduated in 2021 and worked as a software engineer for a year, and now do mathematics (evolutionary game theory) research. I really enjoy teaching math, and since it's my day job, I've got skin in the game too!

I really enjoy learning how students think and finding explanations that make sense to them. Once I get to know student's goals, I'm happy to answer quick questions or go slowly and delve deeper into the material.
I'm happy to tutor college students in mathematics (linear algebra, calculus 1-3, topology) computer science (basic programming, algorithms and data structures) and basic statistics/probability.
At a high school level, I'm open to tutoring physics, math, and writing (I tutored writing in high school, and took english courses at Harvard too!).
