About Sara
I am a student at Harvard University with several years of experience tutoring middle and high school students in a range of subjects, including standardized test preparation and academic writing. The college application process can feel overwhelming, so I work closely with each student to create a clear, personalized strategy based on their goals, strengths, and target schools. I guide students through every step of the process, including building a strong academic and extracurricular profile, developing a balanced college list, and staying organized with deadlines.
A major focus of my sessions is the application itself, especially essays. I help students brainstorm meaningful ideas, refine their personal voice, and craft compelling narratives that stand out to admissions officers. I also provide guidance on activities lists, resumes, and overall application presentation to ensure everything is cohesive and impactful.

Sara has been my mentor throughout my entire sophomore year, and she has played a huge role in both my academic and personal growth. Through her guidance, I’ve gained essential advice and valuable insight into the SAT, as well as support across many of my academic classes.
I am incredibly grateful to have a mentor like her; someone who consistently checks in on me and makes sure I’m on the right path to success. Her dedication, encouragement, and support have truly made a lasting impact on me. I can’t imagine where I would be without her guidance!I met Sara in school about a year ago. She helped me so much to understand any topic I needed help with. She is extremely respectful, helpful, and informed. She gave me so much help with my college prep and my SAT. Thanks to her, I am doing really well and very confident in myself.
Sara has been my classmate in four classes during my time at Harvard College, and in all of these classes, ranging from math to history, Sara has demonstrated strong understanding of the material as well as an exceptional ability to collaborate with others. During study groups, Sara always has insightful comments about the class material, and she explains her knowledge in a way that makes sense while also maintaining approachability. I have learned so much from working with Sara, and I know I will continue to do so in the years to come. For these reasons, I highly recommend Sara to give SAT prep lessons on Superprof.
