About Sam
I was born in South Africa where I grew up with a passion for sports and the outdoors. I was raised with Indian philosophical teachings and my desire for both spiritual and physical development led me to the practice of yoga. I have had the great privilege of being taught and inspired by some of the world’s best yoga teachers and have completed many trainings on all aspects of the body and movement. I have a real passion for learning the latest research from biomechanics to fascia and how important hydration is to our movement capabilities.

Private sessions are a wonderful way to practise yoga at your pace with a detailed focus on your personal needs. With my biomechanics and fascia training, I will structure a programme that is personal only to you and that can be both challenging and restorative. We will build a strong foundation to encourage healthy posture, increased strength and range of motion, and balance for the body and mind.
