About Emily
I am 25, and have been a Yoga Teacher for 3 years now. I trained in Hatha and then went to volunteer as a yoga teacher in Spain and Indonesia in various Eco Resorts and Homestays. I then worked as a yoga teacher at Lombok Yoga House and teach group and private classes of Hatha Flow and Yin back here in the UK.

I am trained in Hatha, Yin and Aerial Yoga. I always link movement with breathe to allow my students to focus on themselves fully and find balance on and off the mat. I make my yoga classes challenging but also accessible for every level so that students can choose there own pace and focus entirely on their own practise.
