About Vivi

I have been teaching for over 4 years, and I 've myself been regularly practicing Yoga for over 11 years.
I hold a 500 hours teacher training certified by IYN (Independent Yoga Network) one of the UK’s leading accreditors who require above average standards.
In order to understand further, I explored further courses on the physiology of the human body as it moves through yoga postures. During my training and the years that followed I always kept on exploring further the understanding of asanas at a physical, emotional and energetical level.

About the lesson

I teach yoga as a practice of awareness. I invite curiosity, presence, playfulness.
My classes are here to nourish, built strength and find fluidity.
To start with,I always include a breath led meditation to settle, then we go through asanas with a flow and challenges. We finish with a led relaxation.
On one hand, I give specific cues in my classes that really allow my students to go deeper in what seems a static pose, which isn't, and feel it at a physiological level.
On the hand, I allow that space for everyone to learn to trust and listen to their own embodied intelligence.

Everyone can 'do Yoga', it isn't about how far your leg can go, but where you are at right now, and how can you explore and challenge yourself -

( also with repetition, it's a practice that needs caring to avoid injuries)
