I've worked in the wellbeing industry for 5 years and have experience helping a wide range of clients reach their wellbeing goals. In addition to my Hatha Yoga, I am also a qualified transformational coach and herbal practitioner, and can offer support and advice on all aspects of health-- from the mind to the body.

My lessons are specifically tailored to your holistic health needs. Together, we will get clear on your objectives for the sessions- be that increased flexibility, more energy, clearer thoughts, inner balance...

Typically, yoga lessons will be around 60 minutes long and will include meditation and breath work techniques, yoga postures and flow, and energetic work.
