Komal Sharma here, I am embarking on a New Journey to serve you all with my personalized Yoga sessions as I bring to you *KANHAI YOGA CLASSES*. Yes I am here to solely focus on teaching Yoga Online/Offline and sharing my expertise which I've gained in past 11 years with my dear seekers. There's still long way ahead and it won't be possible without all of you. In today's world, the definition of Yoga has been distorted as per one's liking and interests resulting in dilution of yoga. My sole aim is to offer the traditional and authentic practices of Yoga to those in need of peace in this stressful world. I modify the sessions according to the needs and requirements of the Fellow Yoga seekers ensuring better results with different Yoga Techniques. Also let's feel God's love and Nurturing involving some *Mantra Chanting* for better and positive vibrations around ourselves..
