About Rasina
I started doing yoga because I loved giving an hour to myself without distractions, to take care of my body and my mind at the same time. It was a way to release any physical and emotional tension in a mindful, yet fun way. And I love that it's ever changing.
So I try to give the same experience to my clients. A welcoming and safe space where they can explore their practice and get to know themselves a little more every time.
I like to remind my clients that this is their time. A moment to check in, go inward and just listen. Without judgement, just exploration and acceptance of what comes up. Any age, any level of experience, injuries or chronic conditions, props or no props. It doesn't matter, their version of yoga is still yoga.

*Yoga classes designed based on the individuals level, what their goals are and most importantly in a way that will encourage them to listen to their body and respect its needs. A moment to check in, to observe, to explore.
*Classes can be between 45-60 minutes in length and can be done in person or over zoom, one-to-one or in a group.
*Before we meet I'd like to have a chat just to see what your experience with yoga has been or if you are completely new to it, what it is you're hoping to gain from the classes so I can tailor the classes to your specific needs.
