I have been showing people through public speaking and small group and individual engagements during 2020 on how to stay positive. IT has been a tough year for many and many people feel like its the end of the line, i show you through mind exercises and breathing how to stay positive through it all.

I like to do individual classes as every person perceives a situation and handles stress differently but group classes in general could also be arranged.
I "meet" with all individuals and get a short history of their lives, and speak with them a little and find out their thinking pattern then asses their moods and outlook on life, i then discuss ways that would suit them to better their lives, some steps are the same for all, some change... but they do work, and if your chose to change and make a shift, i can assist you with that.
I cannot convince you of something you don't want.
