About Rory

After I finished my studies for a Bachelor of Music with a focus in Classical Guitar Performance, I played in a large variety of groups playing popular styles and gained a lot of real-world musical experience in Celtic, classical, and American styles. I found so many people were interested in learning from me, that I decided I could quit my job and do music lessons full-time. After 15 years, it’s become a most fulfilling career. To help others hone their skills and find their passion, it’s really living the dream.

About the lesson

I customize each program to my student’s specific needs, whether with beginners or seasoned professionals. Students can expect a friendly instructor who cares about their progress, supporting them and challenging them to grow beyond their current skill level. If you are looking to learn guitar or piano, simply want to understand the fundamentals of the music you already play, or take care to move forward to the next level, I am the teacher for you.
