As a teacher, my approach is centered around the concept of active learning. I believe that the best way for students to learn is to be actively engaged and invested in the learning process. I also encourage questions and feedback, and I make sure to respond to students' inquiries and concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner.
Additionally, I use formative assessment techniques like quizzes, short-answer questions, peer-review and self-reflection to evaluate student's learning progress, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
