Swimming has been a hobby of mine since I was a very young child and I plan to continue to develop it as well as many other things.
I am incredibly fond of challenges and learning new things.
I am 21 years old and have always had high ambitions. Even though I was happy at home, I wanted more out of life and decided to move across the world and expand my education and experience in America.
I am extremely teachable and love to pass on my experiences and my knowledge.
Seeing the joy in other people because of something I did is one of the best feelings I can have.
My main goal is to bring joy into other people's lives by being able to teach them something new, or helping them improve in the things they love.

Having been a swimmer myself I have experience with every kind of training. I specialize in in water training as well as " land" training. This means I can put together a training plan that includes both gym workouts and swim training.
I have a coaching course which includes coaching all ages. I have experience coaching babies as well as professional swimmers.
Depending on the required routine we always start with a warm up, getting the muscles blood flowing and gradually moving into the water.
In the water, it starts with sufficient swimming and warming up in the water. Gradually I move on to training more complex exercises with a combination of equipment to help the swimmer achieve the desired results.
