About Michael
I'm beginning my journey as a longboard instructor. There are few in this region, and I want to serve this community. I believe longboarding has great potential as a sport and offers an alternative way for people to get in shape. I ride a Pantheon Pranayama Longboard equipped with 102 mm wheels. My specialty is Long Distance Pushing (LDP), usually riding between 5 and 15 miles, always eager to go further. I've owned various boards before, and since safety is important to me, I don't rush lessons—everyone learns at their own pace.

I am patient and considerate of others. Safety is my top priority; we even learn how to fall correctly. In my lessons, I focus on building confidence by teaching how to counterbalance with your arms and being aware of your momentum. I personally feel comfortable going 12 to 17 mph. We also emphasize foot braking and how to push the switch and mongo. Also, I emphasize taking care of your board so it lasts for many more rides. Helmet, knee pads, and wrist guards are required.
