About Sev
Hi! My name is Sev and I'm a junior in high school. I am a very energetic and warm person and I enjoy teaching. Until last year I planned on going into a teaching career, but I decided that I wanted to go into Psychology instead. I have a very specific way that I like to learn. I understand that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to learning, so I try to be as flexible as possible in my lessons to I can mold them to each individual student.

I like to teach 1 on 1 lessons to make sure that each student is keeping up with the lessons and not falling behind. Typically I like to plan my lessons around what the student will be learning in school to make sure that my lessons match up with the school curriculum. I typically spend somewhere between 30 minutes to an hour (depending on the lesson). Then, I like to work through a few problems (either ones I've given them or homework problems) with them and answer any questions they might have. If I think the student has a good understanding by the end of the lesson I will give them a few problems to work on independently.
