About Debra
I want the atmosphere to be professional, as well as fun. I encourage children to ask questions when they don't understand the solution. Praise is given through out teaching to encourage them. I want them to believe in themselves, and feel confident that they understand the work they are doing.

About the lesson

I will help them to do addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. I use flash cards and tables to help explain this.
I'll teach the children how to do 2 and 3 column math as well. They'll learn how to carry over and borrow numbers. I also use number line charts. I believe visuals help them understand better.
