About Julia
I am here to help! I have a degree in biochemistry and loved what I studied. I taught living environment for two years and understand how regents courses can be daunting, but I am here to prepare you best for these courses and exams. Teachers can have a difficult time being able to dedicate one on one help to their students due to their demanding schedule. These tutoring sessions will be that one on one time to go over what you are learning in class and beyond.

I am happy to adjust my tutoring lesson to each student. I believe when working with math and science the best way to work towards success is to work through practice problem/examples. Depending on individual needs will depend on the level of independence we start off with. I typically will begin with an explanation, an example that I walk through, an example we walk through together and then a couple individual examples that we will go over together.
