About Namrata

I have completed my diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Science as I was always attracted by the field since my childhood. Also in today's date everybody talks about self-love and stuff but no one actually is willing to work for it. Giving yourself time is the most important thing and I am here to help everyone who is willing to do so.

About the lesson

Holistic approach is being used. Teaching methods are easy to understand to the clients as it progresses according to their comfort zone from beginner to advanced level. I am having additional knowledge about Anatomy, Physiological, Medicine & Psychology. Classes will be taken through online means.
