I started with silvia 6 years ago with English classes, and she has definitely been the best teacher I ever had. In fact I have gained so much confidence in my english that I started doing coaching sessions with her in English when she started offering them. My experience with both these classes was really fantastic, I have seen really great results.

I LOVE Silvia as a coach. She's clearly doing this out of real passion and care for other people, which is really special to find. She has helped me find a much better way of understanding some past events that were really affecting me, I have a much greater sense of peace in everyday life and she has helped me make so much progress with my goals – as a solopreneur, she gives excellent advice for starting a business too, which I've finally done this year! I'm so happy I found her.

Silvia is very experienced and a skilled English teacher. We discuss lots of different topics in her classes, so we can practice a wide range of vocabularies, phrasal verbs, expressions and idioms. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to advance to the next level in English.

I have taken classes with Silvia for six months. She is a fantastic teacher! I wanted to focus on accent reduction, and Silvia adapted the sessions to my needs perfectly. Her classes are very well prepared and structured, and at the same time they are really fun.

I have been taking English lessons with Silvia since the end of 2018. A friend of mine recommended Silvia, and I am pleased to study with her. She is highly competent and attentively corrects my mistakes. In addition, she is flexible enough to adjust the content of our lessons according to my current needs.

Initially, the main idea was to refresh my English, which was completely lost since I moved from the UK back to my home country in 2006. A second aim was to get ahead with my spoken English, properly communicate with others and make myself understandable in my new life experience, by this time, in Canada.

Silvia helped me enormously, promptly identified the significant issues and addressed them straight away. It was impressive how fast I was able to interact with my neighbours and my son's friend's parents, answer a phone call, attend a workshop, and so on.

In the second phase of our lessons, beginning in April 2021, we focused on the IELTS exam. We spent the majority of time developing my speaking and writing skills, which I believe are my most evident weaknesses. In addition, last month, I decided to take the CELPIP exam before the IELTS. Because of this, I asked Silvia to practice more daily conversations and correct my written emails, as these are required for CELPIP.

Silvia, again, was very flexible in adjusting the tone of our lessons, which I really appreciate. Having studied the CELPIP structure and practiced writing and speaking skills with Silvia for two months, I feel I am ready to take the exam.

I am confident that I will get a good score, and I am happy to have Silvia with me on this journey.

I was SO lucky to find Silvia as my teacher. I’ve had many teachers in the past, and by far NONE of them showed the level of dedication and passion towards her students like Silvia does. It’s clear that she spends hours making her lesson materials, learning about different methods and exercises, and she chooses the best ones especially for you. She pays careful attention to your goals and preferences and builds the lessons to match those things perfectly. I’ve been taking lessons from her for 4 years now, and I couldn’t possibly be happier! I met Silvia six years ago when we both attended University of Ottawa. In the time that I have known her she has accomplished a great deal in terms of both academic and extracurricular achievements. I was always impressed by her ability to balance the responsibility of being a full time student, while also working to support herself. In addition to school and work, Silvia also participated in extracurricular activities, such as the UOttawa Kin Club (which she helped found) and studying as a pianist. She has managed to achieve all of this and more due to a combination her incredible work ethic and positive attitude. Recently I had the opportunity to witness some of her lessons when she came to visit me a few weeks ago, she is a very patient teacher who puts in a great deal of effort to personalize each students learning experience to meet their specific needs and goals, she is also very punctual and well organized.
