I have my personalized approach for the students to understand their strengths and weaknesses first to create specific questions/worksheets as needed, ensuring maximum understanding. Also flexible to match the student's progress and evolving needs. I believe practical examples and live simulation activities are the best way for the student to involve more with the subject/concept and it really improves their memory retention. I also keep communication clear and simple, appropriate for the student’s level of understanding, breaking down complex topics into simpler components, making them easier to grasp.
