About Ajay
I feel good and happy when my students feel also good and happy because they learnt the key points of my lectures. When my students are not truly satisfied with the content of my teaching, I tell them that on the next classroom, I will explain to them what I have missed in the current lecture.
I strongly feel it's all about your passion. Everybody has gained experience in their respective fields over a period of time however teaching is not just about sharing your experience, knowledge, and skills but rather developing a bond with your students that you are genuinely interested in their development and well-being. Teaching is all about becoming a bridge that connects your students which their true potential and helps them to achieve their hopes and aspirations. True education should not only clear all the academic concepts and doubts but also should let students know about the practical implications in real-world scenarios. who, why, what, where, and when should always be in focus and must be emphasized. Independent critical thinking, life skills, and the ability to contribute to society in an ethical way should always be considered.

Student-Centered Approach to Learning
While teachers are still an authority figure in a student-centered teaching model, teachers and students play an equally active role in the learning process.
The teacher’s primary role is to coach and facilitate student learning and overall comprehension of material, and to measure student learning through both formal and informal forms of assessment, like group projects, student portfolios, and class participation. In the student-centered classroom, teaching and assessment are connected because student learning is continuously measured during teacher instruction.
