About Ed

I have had over 20 years cooking and chef experience working in different parts of the world. I am extremely knowledgeable about nutrition owing to the expereince of working with fresh food. I completed a BA Hons degree achieving 2:1 in International Culinary arts and used this to teach and be a lecturer in cooking. Lecturing also involved group tutoring.

About the lesson

I Like to base my classes with group work and individual feedback. I like to set tasks to test and engage learners and encourage learners to be self reflective and evaluate their work. I like to encourage group discusssions frequently.
