About Rachel
I have been practicing yoga since I was 14 years old. Since then, I have begun studying a double degree of Health Science and Media Communication, which has allowed me to incorporate important anatomical information and guidance, while also remaining creative in my practice and teaching. I have just completely my YTT in India, and have so many experiences and knowledge that I am dying to share!

I base my classes Vinyasa Yoga techniques, but am also trained to teach Hatha and Ashtanga. The most important element of yoga for me is listening to your body, to reduce potential for injuries, and also for ensuring mindfulness in all aspects of your practice, not only physical. I am extremely passionate and interested in yoga philosophy, and would love to share that knowledge and passion with others as well.
