I have a 2:1 Master of Arts Honours Degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow (with additional credits gained in History). I will be studying for my Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) in psychology teaching for the academic year of 2017/2018. I am able to offer help, tutoring, and guidance in all levels of psychology up to degree level (this includes Scottish Higher and National 5). I am able to assist students with all things related to psychology research methods and statistics as I know this aspect of any psychology course can be particularly scary! I am friendly, approachable, and willing to help - no question is a stupid question.
My degree has consisted of studying all aspects of psychology, including Sleep and Sleep Disorders, Research Methods, Cognitive Psychology, and Social Psychology to name a few.
I primarily tutor online. However, where possible, I am open to tutoring from my home or students homes (distance allowing).
I would usually begin by either gauging where a student requires assistance or by listening to the students concern areas and starting from there. However, I am available as a general guide in the subject.
I am available for tutoring from 6pm onwards on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. I can be available at any time on a Saturday if needed and will likewise be available on Sunday mornings.
