About CESAR
I graduated magna cum laude and class valedictorian from the Philippines' National Center for Teacher Education. I also hold a master's degree in teaching apart from my almost a decade of experience in the teaching profession. In addition to being a teacher, I have coached students in competitions, some of whom have won in the national level.
