About Alyssa
I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Exercise Science. I have always been a very diligent student who also worked to find a way to excel and do my absolute best. I was always self-motivated in school to perform at my best abilities and not motivated much by other students. I was always a perfectionist and was always afraid to ask questions for fear of feeling stupid. I don't ever want students to feel like that. The more you ask, the more you will keep thinking, and the more you will know over time.
