About Dhwani
I have a Master’s in Economics from IIFT Delhi, a Bachelor's in Economics from St. Xavier's College, Mumbai and I have cleared CFA Level I. I currently work at Citi Bank with Derivatives.
Economics can be a very intimidating subject and it's my job to decode it for you so you can understand the world through the lens of economics and finance. As a student, I struggled with teaching styles that told me to simply memorize and move on so I want to teach Economics the way it should be taught, conceptually and intuitively.
In my classes, we'll break down graphs, models, and theories step by step, understand the intuition behind them and use real-world examples to make them click.
Whether you're starting from scratch or preparing for an exam, we'll work at your pace and focus on making sure you actually understand what you're learning.

Hi future economists,
My teaching is focused on understanding, not memorizing. I don’t want you to simply memorize your textbook and reproduce it in an exam.
My goal is to help you build a strong foundation, understand why things work the way they do, and connect Economics to the real world. We’ll keep classes interactive and tailored to your level, so you can ask questions, think through concepts, and gradually build the confidence to truly enjoy and fall in love with the subject like I did :)
My teaching will be primarily in English, occasionally in Hindi. We will decide the structure of classes together according to your needs and learning style. I don't have a one size fits all approach, I will teach you the way you like to be taught.
As an extremely curious kid and a lifelong student myself, I will always encourage your curiosity, ask me things that are out of your syllabus and we'll learn those as well because the goal is not to pass an exam and move on, the goal is to build knowledge.
