About Shagun
I am a very passionate teacher, with focus on concept clarity and interactive sessions. I have a masters in Energy and environment (MBA) and an engineering degree (I.T). I am very I proficient in Math, Science and English (can teach other subjects like social science) if required.
I have taught a vibrant class of 6th and 7th graders for Teach for India, hence I have ample experience in creating excellent lesson plans and delivering interesting and interactive lessons.
I encourage asking questions and curiosity in my students.
I am a certified CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy) coach which gives me added advantage in delivering structured lectures.

Every student has a different style of learning, so I structure my classes largely based on individual learning style of the student, I keep my classes as interactive as possible with high student participation having said that, my classes have the following broad structure:-
-Discussion/doubt clearing from the precious lecture
-Introduction of the concept being taught on the day
-Understanding the concept in depth and its practical implications
-Solving concept related and text book questions
-Time allotment for doubt clearing and assignment of practice question
I am a certified CBT(cognitive behavioral therapy) counselor which gives me a keen insight into making ,y lectures as interesting as possible
