About Jennifer
I have many years of experience in teaching Spanish, mostly at the college-level. But I have also taught Spanish at a private K-8 school, and at a private high school and I have experience tutoring one-on-one. I enjoy working with students of all ages, and will adjust my methods according to the age and background of each student. I love to help students learn Spanish!

I enjoy finding what helps students to learn. If a student likes sports, I will find ways to incorporate sports terms into our Spanish lessons. If a student likes music, I will find ways to incorporate music terms as well as songs in Spanish into our lessons. I also like to do a lot of review to help students to retain knowledge. If we are in the third week of tutoring, I will review what we covered in weeks one and two before moving on to new material. I often use games to help students review vocabulary and grammar. I like to use a variety of approaches to help students learn and to keep them interested in the material. I try to keep tutoring sessions light and fun!
