I have my personal way of smooth and easily understandable teaching

Dear superprof,
It is my privilege to recommend my colleague, Sophia Lewis, to receive the Teacher of
the Year Award for our district. Sophia has been teaching second grade at Silver Valley
Elementary for the last ten years, and I have been fortunate to know her for seven of
those years. In that time, I have worked with Sophia as a grade-level colleague. We have
served together on the Diversity Committee at our school, and we have planned events
for building community at our school. Sophia has also been a mentor to me, sharing her
curriculum plans, helping me build my lessons and develop my practice, and inviting me
into her professional world. Because I know Sophia's work so well, I am convinced that
she deserves this honor.
Sophia is one of those teachers you come across once in a great while. She is popular
with students, families, and colleagues.

Manoj Saini is an excellent teacher! He provides both a great mix of listening, speaking and practical learning activities and a very safe, supportive learning environment. As a student, you feel pushed to learn and try out new competencies, feel safe and supported in doing so and gain valuable feedback that helps you to improve.
