About Miriam
Over the last four years I've been teaching at University level whilst completing my PhD. I've found it a really rewarding experience to help students grasp challenging concepts and I enjoy that every lesson presents new questions to work through.
I also want to help maths be less daunting to more people. Individual tutoring gives students the time to understand the fundamentals and I can tailor explanations to each student depending on their learning style.

I teach online, classes can be tailored to each pupil's needs with lessons typically lasting an hour.
With Mathematics and Logic I find it best to work through problems together and ensure the student understands the underlying methodology.
I have experience tutoring mathematics up to A-Level and Logic up to University level.
I also provide Philosophy tutoring and have extensive experience tutoring at University level. As well as working on content I work with my students on style of writing and essay structure.
