About Charnisha
"Returning learners and absolute beginners often walk through my door with a guitar that has been sitting in a closet for years. You might hear the metallic buzz of old strings or the dust settling on the wood. I spent 13 years playing festivals, learning the craft through imitation and observation.
This journey informs how I teach music theory and blues progressions. My 5 years of experience include guiding intermediate players through lead guitar and complex strumming patterns. Sometimes we focus on reading sheet music, other times we just listen to the phrasing.
It is a process of discovery. Whether you are a working professional or a grade exam candidate, we start with a diagnostic skills check. This informs the path forward. I like to keep things simple."
