For 10 years I have used the flipped classroom approach, allowing more time in class to work together on problems. This allows me to check for understanding more in a timed setting. Growth mindset is also a philosophy of mine.

I have 3 children in high school and in middle school going through the same struggles as many students, so I can relate easy with them.
