About Vanessa

Hi! I am Vanessa. I was born in Taiwan and moved to Toronto, Canada 8 years ago to study. I am currently working at a tech company in Toronto.

I worked at an English language school as a teaching assistant before in Taiwan. The children there are mostly in elementary school or middle school. I was also an English tutor/babysitter in Taiwan, teaching kids English and taking care of them at the same time. I enjoy interacting with kids because I love watching them grow, and it always gives me a great sense of accomplishment after I help them understand the content:)

About the lesson

-The lesson is for ESL kids, whose first language is Mandarin and would like to improve their English grammar, speaking, and vocabulary.
- I love to teach kids because I love seeing them grow and improve.
