About Abu
I use lesson plans in which they usually introduce a topic in a fun and creative way, then explicitly teach the material. Afterward, I always ensure time for students to practice the material on their own. Of course, this method can be adjusted based on the subject and the student's individual needs.

I worked directly with any student who needed an additional assistant but also had a small focus group of 5-10 students in each of my 6 classes. These were the students who needed the most extra help so I worked with them during class to make sure they didn't fall behind.
