About Marlo
I have 15+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, player development and business development. I have coached and or trained athletes on all levels of basketball from youth basketball to professional athletes. I have had the privilege to work with from all around the state of Texas and several international players. I don’t have a particular preference on who I work with, just as long as they are committed to improving on their skills. I am NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR & AED certified and a NASM Nutrition Certification. I also hold a Parisi Speed School Certification.

I start of with a complete dynamic warmup/strength & conditioning routine. I then go into the skill for the day/week/month and teach in detail the skill(s). After teaching I then go through a series of drills that will teach the athlete how to apply the skill (application phase). At the end I go into a “challenge” phase where the athlete(s) must think through in game situation(s).

The trainers at AIE helped me reach my goals. Not only did I grow my skills but I also grew my confidence . I am performing better than I have ever performed before. I highly recommend training there
Coach Saunders has helped over 100 athletes go to college on scholarships in a short period of time. You gain mental toughness and the ability to shoot the ball consistently at a high percentage. You will also develop other needed skills.
No one can teach you to shoot better than he can. He also has trainers who specialize in other sports such as football 3 athletes went on to play in the NFL. We love training with Coach Saunders . He is the best around!View more recommendations
