About Francesca
Dance has been a passion of mine since I was little. Through movement, I am able to embrace my true essence, and connecting with the music allows me to tap into my inner world, my sensations, and the emotions I wish to express. I firmly believe that dance and movement are powerful tools for improving our well-being and feeling more connected to ourselves. I teach because the greatest fulfilment for me comes from witnessing others, especially those who begin their journey with me from scratch, grow and improve. But what brings me the most joy is seeing them fully embrace their own freedom and element through movement, enjoying the process every step of the way.

My approach is centred around helping individuals connect with their bodies and become more attuned to their physical sensations in the present moment. Depending on the style the person wishes to explore, I provide various tasks and exercises that allow them to discover and express their own movement. Additionally, based on their experience level, I may choreograph routines to help develop performance skills, if desired. Sessions typically range from 1.5 to 3 hours, and are open to anyone eager to learn, explore their body’s potential, and, most importantly, have fun and enjoy the process.
