About Armita
I have been practicing for over 12 years and have been teaching for 3 years.
I obtained my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate.
Yoga is just not about physical fitness but also mental fitness. Therefore my classes include yoga asanas, pranayams, meditation, and also certain activities to increase focus and concentration.
I have taught yoga to corporates, working individuals, elderly people, and people with specific medical conditions.
I have also taught clients based in the USA, UK, Dubai, Australia, and Singapore through online classes.

I teach at your pace according to your physical abilities and goals (no matter your level of flexibility or strength).
Every class is customized based on clients' requirements. The basic structure of the class starts with meditation then goes on to stretching, asanas, pranayams, and ends with relaxation so as to include each aspect of the yoga practice in each session. I help you develop a safe yoga practice at home confidently.
All you need is your yoga mat.
All classes are currently virtual due to Covid-19 Restrictions.
