About Tauqeer

I am a dedicated Lecturer with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Osmania University. I have two years of teaching experience at St Joseph’s Degree & PG College, where I taught Nutrition subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate students and guided them in practicals, research, and academic projects.
I also gained clinical exposure through internships at Yashoda Hospital and Sunshine Hospitals, working on therapeutic diet planning and patient counseling. I have published research papers in nutrition and actively promote evidence-based learning and community health awareness.

About the lesson

As a teacher, my approach focuses on making learning clear, engaging, and meaningful for students. I believe that education should not only help students understand concepts but also develop curiosity and confidence in the subject. I try to create a comfortable learning environment where students feel free to ask questions and actively participate.
Teaching Techniques and Methods
I mainly use concept-based teaching, where I explain the fundamentals first before moving to advanced topics. My teaching methods include interactive explanations, real-life examples, visual aids, and question-based discussions to ensure students fully understand the topic. Since my background is in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Biology, I often connect theoretical concepts with practical applications in daily life and health.
Usual Structure of a Class
My classes usually follow a structured yet flexible format:
Brief revision of the previous topic
Introduction of the new concept in a simple and easy-to-understand way
Detailed explanation with examples and diagrams
Student interaction and discussion to clarify doubts
Short assessment or recap to reinforce learning
This structure helps students retain information and stay engaged throughout the session.
My Special Features as a Teacher
One of my strengths as a teacher is my ability to simplify complex scientific concepts and make them easy to understand. I am patient, supportive, and attentive to individual student needs. I also encourage students to think critically and develop problem-solving skills rather than just memorizing information.
Target Students
My classes are mainly intended for school students (especially biology and science subjects), college students studying nutrition or life sciences, and individuals interested in learning about nutrition and healthy living.
