About Babita
I have 11 years of work experience as BA in Big4 organisation.
Strong exposure in agile methodologies and creating BRD's, FRS's.
In addition, I have trained over 25 freshers during my 11 years tenure so decided to take my teaching to a broader level by registering here.

I love to cover the fundamentals and build a strong foundation on the topic.
BA field is very vast- not only you need good understanding of deciphering requirements, documenting it but also good understanding of project methodology & domain.
Hence, I always start with the basics like
1. Role and responsibilities of a BA
2. Typical IT team
3. Decipher and document requirements- RTM, RACI, BRD, FR -formats/ templates
I cover 3-4 case studies so that it becomes easier for a novice to get an understanding
4. Requirement Gathering techniques and maintainece -RTM
5. Project Development methodolgies with big emphasis on agile
6. Testing
